CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Esther Ntaliwa Kuura, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kuura M’Mwambia, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Lucy Kananu Kiumo, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Natrangwi Kamencu, who died at Thitha, on 6th December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Raheiri Itura M’Kobitu, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gichunge M’Kiringa alias Francis Gichunge alias Francis Mutuma M’Kiringa, who died at Itulu, on 8th September, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
