TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Inokobia, of P.O. Box 51, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Kaunga, who died at Meru, on 30th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Maritha Ciomaua Kaibi, of P.O. Box 51, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muchiri M’Ethiria Liburu alias Muchiri Ethiria, who died at Njia cia Mwendwa, on 4th July, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
