TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Florence Wanjiru Thuo, of P.O. Box 346-20101, Molo in Kenya, the deceased widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Macharia Njoroge, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Rose Wambui Ndungu, of P.O. Box 63-20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Ndungu Njuguna, who died at Kijabe Medical Centre, on 5th April, 1993.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
