By (1) Violet Ciakithantha Muchiri (2) Salesio Kithinji Muchiri
and (3) David Gitonga Muchiri, all of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri
Eriunga, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December,
2018.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By (1) Lilian Wanja and (2) Tyson Mwenda Mugo, both of P.O.
Box 7, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Jammie Kirimi Mugo, who died at Chuka
Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2021.

a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorothy
Mukwanjagi Miriti, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 21st

By Dominic Mutiria, of P.O. Box 44, Chogoria in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenelio
Mutuku M’Rimunya alias Jenerio Mutuku M’Rimunya alias Jenerio
Mutuku M’Rimunya, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on
29th September, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
