PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Naisenku Rianto ene Memusi and (2) Maria ene Kipetuan, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kindi Peter Memusi, who died at Ewuazo Kedong, on 16th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Kalaile ole Kakoyia and (2) Stephen Sipitin ole Kakoyia, both of P.O. Box 94-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakoyia ole Nkisailei alias Kakoyia ole Musei, who died at Olgumi, on 10th October, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
