TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Lydia Metian Nkatia, of P.O. Box 1185-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Gathoni Nkatia, who died at Upper Matasia, on 9th September, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Naisenke Rianto ene Memusi and (2) Maria ene Kipetuan, both of P.O. Box 94, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kindi Peter Memusi, who died at Ewuazo Kedong, on 16th May, 2025.

By (1) Winfred Mutinda Mutuku and (2) Moses Musa Mutinda, both of P.O. Box 46840-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Kathoni Makau, who died at Avenue Healthcare Westlands, on 25th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By Sophia Wangui Njoroge, the deceased’s aunt, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lambertah Nyongai, who died on 21st February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
