TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025
By Christina Chelangat Chelimet, of P.O. Box 16, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Sokobe alias Kiplangat Sokobe, who died at Emitiot, on 18th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Simion Cheruiyot Bosuben, of P.O. Box 19, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunchele Melo, who died at Siliibwet, on 7th August, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
