TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Soseter Moranga Oyaro, of P.O. Box 3337-40200, Kisi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Mogute Oyaro alias Mogute w/o Oyaro, who died at Tabaka Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By Peter Oirere Otieno, of P.O. Box 90-40211, Kenyeyna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Otieno Onkendu alias Otieno Onkendo, who died at Kiango Sub-location, on 18th March, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
