IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT OGEMMO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025
By Pacifica Kemunto Mososi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mauti Nyaikondo Nyambagi, who died at Kiobegi, on 1st May, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By (1) Charles Onduso Abuga and (2) Joseph Elkana Chamuchi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoge Ameri, who died at Magena Sub-location, on 3rd July, 1975.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
