TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By Patrisia Achieng Aloo, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Aloo Ochieng alias Frangeis Aloo, who died at Nyanqoma Sub-location, on 15th May, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2026
By Nicholas Otieno Obiero, of P.O. Box 67-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Otieno Obiero alias Othieno Obiero, who died at Komenya Kalaka Sub-location, on 24th April, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
