TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Zakayo Odhiambo Sang’anyi and (2) Benard Oketch Sang’anyi, both of P.O. Box 541-40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Sang’anyi Odinya, who died at Migori, on 2nd March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2026
By Vincent Odhiambo Nyadero, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Molyne Awuor Agumba alias Mollyn Awuor Agumba, who died at Migori County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
