By Polycap Otieno Obeti, of P.O. Box 5, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Onyango Obeti alias Francis Nyango Obeti, who died on 15th June, 1996.

By Tabitha Akinyi Asadhi, of P.O. Box 474, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Asadhi Nyalalal alias John Asethi, who died on 29th August, 2010.

By Patroba Ogaa Ongoro, of P.O. Box 281, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Anyango Ongoro alias Maria Anyango w/o Ongoro, who died on 20th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
