TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Nyokabi Waweru, (2) Anne Wairimu Waweru and (3) Mary Wambui Waweru, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Waweru Kariuki, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By (1) Susan Wanjiru Kimani, (2) James Murage Ndungu and (3) Wilson Theuri Ndungu, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Kahanya, who died on 23rd November, 2016.

By Martin Norjoge Gacaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Gachaga Norjoge, who died at N.C.R.H., on 13th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
