CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025
By Rahab Mbandi Mbiti, of P.O. Box 202, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Mbiti Mwongoya, who died at Gikiuro Sublocation, on 18th October, 2025.

By Jane Mwihaki Mbogo, of P.O. Box 270, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbogo Ndirangu, who died at Frevane Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By David Mugo Ngari, of P.O. Box 5, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Runji Muranga, who died at Itiura Sub- location, on 5th October, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
