TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By Christine Nduku Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 132- 90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John N. Nthakyo Katunga alias John Nthakyo Katunga, who died on 25th September, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Prisila Mukulu Mathuva, of P.O. Box 49, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathuva Mvuguva, who died at Kitandi, on 16th June, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
