TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2024
By Jerusha Odinga Oduol, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rabuku Muheyi Munyisia alias Rabugu Maheyi Munyisia, who died on 26th December, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By Bethseba Nechesa Omiro, of P.O. Box 540, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Omiro Wakhu, who died on 30th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2026
By Ouma Bashir Weche, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kaabe Wache, who died on 25th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2026
By (1) Chrispinus Olando Kongoti and (2) Joseph Omoko Kongoti, both of P.O. Box 673-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tomas Omoko Opiero alias Thomas Omoko s/o Opiero, who died on 14th September, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
