TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025
By (1) Rose Naliaka Wananbuko and (2) Hellen Atieno Okumu, both of P.O. Box 22912-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Okumu Onyango, who died on 27th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2025
By Selina Akwera Shisya, of P.O. Box 6117-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Kasamani & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willingtonce Shisya Eshitemi, who died on 30th September, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E317 OF 2025
By (1) Christina Auma Nyangweso and (2) Delmond Tedi Watemba, both of P.O. Box 535, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aton Wesonga Masai, who died on 1st December, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
