IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MUMIAS
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By George Lutta Isombi, of P.O. Box 54-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Isombi Lutta, who died on 26th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Waeme Salasya and (2) William Tukunya Salasia, both of P.O. Box 110-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salasia Tukunya alias Charles Salasia Tukunya, who died on 27th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
