TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By (1) Kenneth Mugwero Musasia and (2) Beatrice Aradi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Musasia Azhemba alias Azhembi, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 27th August, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2026
By Chesi Hezekiah Achenwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Chesi Kelongo alias Paulo Chesi Kerongo, who died at Lusengeli Sub-location, on 20th June, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2026
By Juma Muhalia Anjemo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Anjemu Khamasi alias Peter Ayamu Khamasi, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 20th June, 1994.

By Rose Mbwoga Lidovolo, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwitsukhane, who died at Mulundu Sub-location, on 5th June, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2026
By Joash Mbali Malohai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Khagosala Muhavi, who died at Kiborgok, on 21st February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
