TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2025
By Alfred Jimoso Khasiahi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mecha Ikoloba alias Meja Khasiahi Wikolova, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 5th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Jason Amwai Omuyoma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuyoma Amukhuma alias Douglas Amwayui Reuben, who died at Dophil Nursing Home, on 13th March, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Benedict Shigoli Amogola, the deceased’s grandson for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Shigoli Shivailu who died at Kaptech Sub-location on 6th March, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
