TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2024
By Wycliffe Jumba Adem, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Otiang, who died at Vugulu Sub-location, on 2nd December, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E310 OF 2024
By Dominic Mbukiza Karanja, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Kamadi Egenya alias Amadi Egenya, who died at Vugulu Sub-location, on 29th October, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2024
By (1) Ruth M’aritho and (2) Joseph Mutiga M’aritho, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngoyave Buzereli, who died at Lakath, on 15th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
