TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Susan Amisi Nanjero, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sifuloo Nanjero alias Esifwolo Nanjero, who died at Kegoye, on 23rd February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2026
By Harrison Matevwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mulema Kenogo, who died at Kegondi, on 28th January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2026
By Truphosa Olesi Dishon, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusionza Olang’, who died at Shikunga, on 20th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2026
By Samson Oluko Omwami, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwami Ochola alias Tuti Ojoula, who died at Ebwinaryi, on 7th November, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
