By Williee Onyango Owino, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Owino Owuor, who died at East Ngere, on 2nd April, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E434 OF 2025
By Lucia Dianga Ongoro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Ongoro Otiogo alias Ongoro Otiogo, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 19th May, 1990.

By David Ouko Anyango, of P.O. Box 49-40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kwaka Awili, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 5th October, 1990.

By (1) George John Otieno, (2) Douglas John Onyango and (3) Mornica Anyango, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunia Achieng Mboga alias Yuniah Achieng Mboga alias Yunia Achieng Mboga, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 25th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
