By Julius Gitiye Imunya, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of M’Alongo M’Imuili alias M’Alongo M’Imwili, who died at
Mweronkanga, on 14th May, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025
By Stephen Kalawa Mwingirwa, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in
Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Thintiu M’Thambu alias Thintuy Baituka,
who died at St. Theresa Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July,
2021.
CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025
By Kiolo M’Itome, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of M’Itome M’Ikiribua alias M’Itome M’Kirikua, who died
at Laciathuriu, on 6th May, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
