CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Tom Kiptoo Chemjor, of P.O. Box 806, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiku Kiptoo, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2023.

By Robert Kimngor Kangogo, of P.O. Box 164, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangogo Taniu alias Kangogo Kiptanui, who died at Tiripkatoi, on 25th June, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
