TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025
By (1) Peterson Gathumu Thetu and (2) Arphaxad Ngetha Thitu, both of P.O. Box 1473- 10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thitu Gathemba alias Thitu Gathimba, who died at Gacuku, on 7th October, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By John Nyagah Kabogo, of P.O. Box 21686- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Gathoni Kabogo, who died at Township, on 29th August, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
