TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Maina Njuguna and (2) Simon Ngigi Njuguna, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Wanjiru Kamau, who died at Makuyu, on 6th May, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Teresia Njoki Murigi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Murigi Karinge, who died at Mihang’o, on 9th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Rose Wambui Njeri and (2) Irene Wambui Njeri, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Mwathi, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 24th May, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Patrick Mwangi Wanjiru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elishiba Wanjiru Thuo, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 28th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
