TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Douglas Muchoki Muiruri, of P.O. Box 214-10200, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Wanjogu, who died at Gathera Sub-location, on 26th May, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Mwangi Ngaruiya and (2) Joseph Gacii Nqugi, the deceased’s son and beneficiary, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngaruiya Kinuthia alias Ngaruya Kinuthia, who died at Gakuyu Sub-location, on 13th June, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By (1) John Gikonyo Giciriri and (2) Cecelia Njoki Gichiriri, both of P.O. Box 74-01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Gichiriri Gikonyo, who died at Murang’a County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By (1) James Njoroge Nngui and (2) Jane Nduta Nngui, both of P.O. Box 348, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eston Nngui Muhiu, who died at Gitura Sub-location, on 19th August, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
