TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 656 OF 2011
By (1) Ibrahim Kabaiya Gichuiya and (2) Loice Warukira Murage, both of P.O. Box 512, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gichuiya Wamae alias Samuel Gichoya Wamai alias Samuel Gichuya Wamai alias Samuel Gichuiya Wamae, late of Laikipia West, who died at Muruku, on 20th January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Ndungu Kagunda Kabiru, (2) Elizabeth Gachamiu Muiyuro and (3) Samuel Maina Kabiru, all of P.O. Box 826-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Hannah Wanjeri Kabiro alias Hannah Wanjeri Kabiru who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Ndungu Gatuia and (2) Wilfred Kimani Gatuia, both of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Gatuia Chege, who died on 27th November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
