By (1) Anne Wanjiru Wambugu, (2) Naomi Nyawira Maina and (3) Anthony Njogu Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Maina Gachogu, late of Ruiru, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 24th May, 2025.

By (1) Irene Wambui Kuria and (2) Lawrence Kanyoro Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Bernard Michael Kanyoro alias Joseph Ndungu B. M. Kanyoro, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home, on 29th December, 2024.

By (1) Kuria Gatimu, (2) Ruth Wanjiku Mathe and (3) Abeid Gatimu Ngendo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatimu Mutura, late of Gatundu, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 8th January, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
