TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Kamaru Waweru and (2) Richard Njuguna Waweru, both of P.O. Box 943-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Karanja Kicheiru alias Waweru Karanja, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 30th December, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Kipkorir Rono and (2) Wilson Kipkemoi Rono, both of P.O. Box 192-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philemon Kiprono arap Soi, who died at Chebole Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
