TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025
By (1) Victoria Kache Madumadu, (2) Philip Stanley Mungandi, (3) Benjamin Dallu Mvurya and (4) Joyce Chuba Dallu, all of P.O. Box 212-80113, Mariakani in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Benjamin Dalu, who died at Mwareni, Mariakani, on 9th August, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025
By (1) Christopher Michael Mwebesa and (2) Stephen Charles Mwebesa, both of P.O. Box 25056-00603, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Getrude Wanjala Mwebesa, who died at Ukunda, on 6th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025
By (1) Paul Austine Aludo, (2) Eunice Adoyo Aludo and (3) Billy Martin Aludo, all of P.O. Box 53202-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s parents and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate with the will annexed to the estate of Nicholas Akoto Aludo, who died at Diani, on 20th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
