TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1012 OF 2025
By Henry Mmbwabi Litala, of P.O. Box 22, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Litala Mbelesia alias Jacob Mbelesia, who died at Kakamega Highway Nursing Home, on 25th October, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025
By Maselina Mmanuli Alusiola, of P.O. Box 14, Kambiri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabetnia Malova Alusiola, who died at Shanderema, on 13th September, 2024.

By Joseph Omondi Shisoka of P.O. Box 50, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shisoka Nyarero, who died at Masaba, on 13th September, 2007.

By Jacob Simiyu Nangendo, of P.O. Box 417, Matunda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Nangendo Webi, who died at Lifecare Hospital, on 9th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
