By Serah Wamaiitha Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bedan Ngigi Njoroge, who died at Kiganjo Sub-location, on 29th May, 2023.

By (1) Ruth Wanjiru Njuguna, (2) Susan Waihera Njuguna and (3) Boniface Mungai Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Njuguna Karanja, who died at Nyacaba, on 4th September, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By (1) John Ngatia Murigi and (2) Sera Muthoni Keiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erick Githinji Murigi, who died at Kenyatta University of Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
