TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2024
By Martin Mutuma Guantai, of P.O. Box 703- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guantai M’Rarama, who died at Kiiura Hospital in Kenya, 11th July, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Sabella Kathure and (2) Christine Gaichugi, both of P.O. Box 1- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kimathi M’Rukaria, who died at Ngonyi Sublocation, on 20th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Grace Karai M’Anampiu, of P.O. Box 22- 10406, Timau in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanampiu Mbori alias Kanampio Mbori alias Kanampio Mburi, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
