CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025
By Susan Karamana Maingi, of P.O. Box 114, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Maingi M’Muthuri, who died at Cottolengo Hospital, Meru in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By Charles David Kirimi, of P.O. Box 100, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikigu M’Imanyara, who died at Wabera Sub-location, on 20th September, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Lucy Kagwiria Itereuka, of P.O. Box 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itelekua Kithera, who died at Kitharene, on 30th July, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
