TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025
By Afsa Syombua Makau, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzakwa Ali, late of Matetani, who died on 7th February, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By Christina Mwikali Mutua, of P.O. Box 740- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutua Munywoki, who died at Muthaiga North, on 17th February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Kavuu Maingi Kioko, of P.O. Box 740- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Maingi Kioko, who died at Kikambuani, on 1st July, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Agnes Kalunde Mulwa, of P.O. Box 1050- 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mulwa Ndua, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
