TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024
By (1) Christina Syombua Musyoka and (2) Regina Kaimuri Musyoka, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of John Musyoka, who died at Mwingi Sub-location, on 16th April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Utee Ngata Ngotho, the deceased’s son-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syomwathi Kanyasya Kiliko, who died at Musengo Sub-location, on 17th January, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Nzina Nguna Munyithya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Peter Mulwa Munyithya, who died at Mbondoni Sub-location, on 21st June, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By (1) Janet Mwikali Mwangangi and (2) Kennedy Mutemi Mwangangi, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Bernard Mwangangi Mutemi alias Mwangangi Mutemi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
