TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By David Nganga Manji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Njoki Manji, who died at Mount Sinai Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025
By Lucia Muthoni Gakuru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gakuru Mwaura, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Doreen Mwendwa Mbiti, of P.O. Box 6733- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Betty Muthoni Mbiti, who died at Diani, on 26th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Ndungu Seet, (2) Sammy Mbatia Seet and (3) Ruth Wambui Naimuthie Seti, all of P.O. Box 178, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Njeri Seti, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
