TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Joseah Kiplangat Chumo and (2) Peter Kipngenco Chumo, both of P.O. Box 2054, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sowc Tuimising alias John Sawe Tuimising, who died on 14th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2026
By (1) Rael Chelangat Chumo, (2) Daniel Kipkorir Ropkoi and (3) Simon Kipkorir Turgut, all of P.O. Box 51, Kipkelion in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kipsoi Chumo, who died on 10th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
