TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E387 OF 2025
By Risper Kwamboka Moku, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Moku Ondieki, who died at Nyanguru Location, on 1st December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Jashon Ondieki Mosomi, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yunes Kemunto Gikenyi, who died at Otamba Sub-location, on 12th April, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
