TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2025
By (1) Tom Avulukwa Aliaka and (2) Michael Vwamu Aliaka,
both of P.O. Box 10620–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron
Aliaka Avulukwa, who died at Kipchekwen Sub-location, on 30th
April, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E429 OF 2025
By Nancy Cheptoo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Chepkosgei
Chumo, who died at Worcester, MA, USA, on 8th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E430 OF 2025
By George Wambugu, of P.O. Box 7623, Eldoret in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Susan Wanja Wambugu, who died at Baringo Estate, on 31st
August, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
