CAUSE NO.E57 OF 2025
By Njoka Gachagua, of P.O. Box 39, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndwiga Kamau, who died at Gichera, on 30th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO.E250 OF 2025
By Sphia Nthenda Njuru, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuru Njanyaki, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2020.
CAUSE NO.E85 OF 2026
By Anselim Ndwiga Kithaka, of P.O. Box 289-60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ileri M’Thungu, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
