TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E190 OF 2024
By Kadzo Kahindi Ndoro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Ndoro Mwaruwa, who died on 16th July, 2013.
CAUSE NO.E192 OF 2024
By Dama Kenga Jefa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Jefa Mwaruwa, who died on 9th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO.E193 OF 2024
By Kahonzi Kenga Mwangudu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsoa Ndoro Mwaruwa, who died on 17th May, 2009.
CAUSE NO.E194 OF 2025
By (1) Felix Mramba Mwilo and (2) Margaret Kadii Mwilo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwilo Maitha, who died on 23rd March, 2012.
CAUSE NO.E198 OF 2025
By Anderson Nyundo Thoya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipungu Baya, who died on 10th February, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
