IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KILIFI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E110 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Luvuno Mwarere and (2) Grace Mwaka Mwangome, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangome Tunje Mshele, who died on 21st January, 2024.
CAUSE NO.E190 OF 2025
By (1) Harry Julian Mwamuta and (2) Ngale Mwamuta Ringa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamuta Ringa Mshahame, who died on 20th August, 1989.
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2026
By (1) Katana Ruwa Nzai and (2) Kafedha Rua Nzai, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rua Nzai alias Ruwa Nzai, who died on 12th November, 2013.
CAUSE NO.E25 OF 2026
By Bonface Ponda Abdallah Mumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramadhan Abdalla, who died on 4th December, 1991.
CAUSE NO.E27 OF 2026
By (1) Susan Mumba, (2) Michael Mwachiro Chenje and (3) Alma Munii Mwachiro, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chenje Erick Mwachiro alias Chenje Mwachiro Mwatata, who died on 6th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
