By (1) Gladys Njambi S. Mugo, (2) Samuel Mugo Ngugi and (2) Gladwell Njambi Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngugi Mugo, who died at Murang’a County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO.E190 OF 2022
By Phyllis Wandii Kingoo, of P.O. Box 55, Kathukini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingoo Muinde Mulili alias Kingoo Muinde, who died at Ngelelia Sublocation, on 18th December, 1987.
CAUSE NO.E4 OF 2026
By Mwaura Gatere, of P.O. Box 60, Gatura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatere Kimuny, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 16th December, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
