TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By (1) Charity Sialo Kungu and (2) Margaret Nkini Mbugua, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Philomena Marangu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025
By Mary Gathoni Gachai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachai Kamau, who died at Mosoi Range, on 19th December, 2017.

By (1) Irene Muthoni Kuria and (2) Sharon Wanjiku Kibugi, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kuria Ngotho, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2018.

By (1) Lepaso ole Masek, (2) Kerrengol ole Saitaka, (3) Santai ole Masek, (4) Stephen Dalamia ole Saitaga and (5) Julius Nkaru Saitaga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masek ole Saitaga, who died at Inyonyori, on 8th May, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
