PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024
By Mary Lokaaran Ekalale, of P.O. Box 101, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Asekon Ekalale, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024
By (1) Lilian Akaale Opole and (2) Christopher Esinyen, both of P.O. Box 101-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Asimit Akai, who died on 23rd August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
