TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024
By Henry Oyuqi Kana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elmada Odongo Ochieng alias Elmada Odongo, who died on 10th July, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Joseph Abonyo Oringo, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oringo Awiti, who died on 25th May, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Fredrick Okoth Ndiko, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ligorius Odari Gundo, who died on 1st February, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Cosmas Ngoti Ngolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rafael Ngolo Nyabare, who died on 18th August, 1990.

By Richard Odhiambo Nyangacha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Nyang’acha Orera alias Naftali Nyangacha Orera, who died on 24th February, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By (1) Samson Robert K. Ochieng Omolo, (2) Owuoth Alexander Omolo and (3) Horace Ongili Omolo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Omolo Ollech alias Thomas Omollo Ollech, who died on 29th October, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
