By Harry Mao Gor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athanasio Gor Ogacho, who died at Ochienga, on 20th June, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By Benard Omolo Nyangidi, of P.O. Box 96, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manas Nyangidi Olum alias Munas Nyanyidi Olum alias Manases Nyangidi Olum, who died at Kobong, on 29th January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By George Simeon Bollo, of P.O. Box 41, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saulina Nyando, who died at Mahaya, on 10th June, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
